Completely NEW and RESTORED modern studio on a 11th floor, with an incredible sea view and excellent sun exposure. Located 20 minutes walk from the sea, it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend a weekend, a holiday or perhaps just relax for a few days. It has available on the 13th floor of the building, a swimming pool with panoramic views over the city Accommodates 4 adults with comfortably and safely. Public transport at 50 meters and mini market next to the building.

We met in 2013 and since then we never let go. In 2015 we opened our Design agency and every day we are lucky to do what we like the most. We love traveling and being close to nature. And nothing better than being lucky enough to be able to live in Cascais. Also, we have a frenchie named Bali, which is our 4-legged son.

Cascais is small so, don’t waste money on transportation, walk everywhere, inside the center. If you want to go to Guincho beach, rent a scooter its the best way of transportation in Cascais. Cascais also rents bikes for a really small fee - these are called Bicas. Just pick it up and go for a ride around town! Places to Visit: - Guincho beach - surf beach - Casa da Guia - house with lots of restaurants - Boca do Inferno - Santa Marta Lighthouse - Cascais Market - The best food in the world to cook
