Islander is a brand-new villa located in the prime area of Funchal: the untouched and traditional old town. This oceanfront property features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and stunning views from every bedroom and the living room. The villa boasts an amazing infinity pool overlooking the sea and Funchal Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for aspiring chefs, and the living room offers breathtaking vistas. An interior garage is also available. Situated in the old town, Islander is surrounded by traditional houses on a quaint street, just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and vibrant city life. You can explore the charming Madeira neighborhoods and experience local life on foot. Islander was designed to be a sustainable house, incorporating eco-friendly features such as solar panels and energy-efficient methods that eliminate the need for air conditioning. However, we do provide portable heating and fans for our guests' comfort if needed. Our family-run company owns other smaller villas on the same street, and Islander is our newest addition—a dream vacation home.
Welcome to Funchal Seaside Villas! I'm Patricia, and I run our family company, which offers several villas in the old town of Funchal. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years on this property, which now hosts some of the villas we offer to our guests. We have a small, dedicated team working every day to ensure our guests have the best stay possible in our villas.
Funchal Seaside Villas are located oceanfront in the old town of Funchal. Within a short walking distance, you'll find excellent sea access and many great restaurants. Simply strolling through the heart of the old town is an attraction in itself, as you'll encounter traditional Madeira houses, small grocery stores, and the vibrant farmers market.
