A cosy apartment in the Benfica neighbourhood, ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxed base in the city. The apartment is decorated with original paintings by JAM and offers two lovely outdoor spaces: a comfortable terrace on one side, and a big patio on the other, facing a park — so you can have your morning coffee to the sound of birds and a view of trees instead of city noise. The park also has a playground right next to the building, perfect for kids to run around. Location: Everything you need is at your doorstep: a convenience store right under the apartment, a Pingo Doce supermarket 200 metres away, and metro and public transport connections all around. The airport is just 10 minutes away. For football fans: Estádio da Luz (Benfica) is about a 10-minute walk, and Estádio de Alvalade (Sporting) is 3.2 km away — ideal if you're coming for a match or a concert. Comforts and extras: The apartment is fully equipped for cooking. With a washing machine included, it's also well suited for longer stays. A parking space in the garage is available.
