My name is Laura and as an outdoor addict, this house and its garden are my comfort zone. I love meeting new people and getting to know and experience the simple things of other cultures. I like to give my guests space and privacy. I'm always available to help, in person, by message or mobile phone.

Property info

Your booking will block off part of the house- 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom exclusively for guests. You will be the only guests. The price varies according to the guests number: 2, 3 or 4 people. Two guests will only occupy one bedroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor are shared with the owner. 🔵The bedrooms have direct access to the outside via the balcony. Exclusive access to the garden leisure area (except for maintenance) invites you to relax. Enjoy the comforts of modern life (heating, air conditioning, 5G internet) and the calm of rural life: a charcoal grill, lunch and socializing in the shade of an oak and chestnut tree. Relax in a hammock or sun lounger. Cool off with an outdoor shower or relax in the jacuzzi. 🔵Jacuzzi available from Easter to 15 October. 🔵We always clean thoroughly before you check in. The basic maintenance of your room and bathroom will be yours during the stay, and we can provide cleaning products if you wish. Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided every 4 days. 🔵The house has adopted two abandoned cats. They are docile but territorial animals, so no other pets will be allowed in the house. 🔵WARNING FOR GUESTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: - Inside and outside the house: There are unprotected stairs. - Outside: As the yard is terraced, guests will have access to areas of the garden without handrails or other protection, to a slope that reaches more than 1 metre height of loose stone wall. As well as a retaining wall, dividing it from the adjoining land, with over 2 metres height. It should be have in mind that anywhere outside the house, children have direct access to these areas. Young children must always be accompanied by an adult supervisor. 🔵A car is required to access the house.🔵We require ID from guests at check-in.
