La Petite Piété is a traditional single-storey Algarve house, fully renovated and brand new, with excellent finishes and a decor created with great care and good taste. The spaces are serene and bright, designed for your rest. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine) and opens onto a cosy living and dining room with air conditioning. The house's greatest charm is its traditional rooftop terrace (açoteia), with Algarvian tiles, an olive tree and aromatic plants. From there you can see the rooftops of the old town — the perfect spot for an open-air meal or a glass of wine on warm summer evenings. A spiral staircase connects the house to this unique corner. A house small in size but big in soul and comfort, ideal for those seeking authenticity in the heart of Faro. The house is best suited for 2 guests (a couple), with one bedroom featuring a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a double sofa bed (130×180 cm) in the open-plan living/kitchen area. Please note that this is a compact house of around 40m²: for 4 adults, the space and the sofa bed offer a more modest level of comfort, so this option is best for families with children or friends happy to share a cosy space. For two guests, the house is simply perfect.

We are a couple with two children, teachers and Algarvians at heart — we have lived in the Algarve all our lives and know every corner of the region well. We welcome guests with the same care we put into this house, which we renovated with great love. We are always available for any advice — where to eat the best fish, which island to visit, or how to enjoy Faro away from the crowds — to make your stay truly magnificent. In the heart of Faro's historic old town, Travessa do Carmo is a quiet little lane lined only with traditional single-storey Algarve houses with rooftop terraces. From here you can see the rooftops of the old town — a setting that makes warm summer nights magical. Right across the street stands the Carmo Church, home to the famous Chapel of Bones (Capela dos Ossos). Just a few steps away you'll find the marina, dozens of restaurants, cafés and bars, the Municipal Market and the entire Old Town, with the Arco da Vila and the Cathedral. It is also the ideal starting point to discover the Ria Formosa: from here the boats leave for the islands of Faro, Farol and Deserta — some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, with white sand and calm waters. The train and bus station is just a few minutes' walk away and the airport about 10 minutes by car, making the location as practical as it is charming. Everything is within a short walk, in one of the most authentic corners of Faro.
