A large 3-bedroom older house set in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking Ponta Delgada with panoramic views of the North Coast and a Jacuzzi available for an extra charge. The property has real character with a Santana house forming the oldest part with extensions added at unknown times over 70 years. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle etc and has a table to sit 6. The utility area has a washing machine and dryer. The large living/diming room is dominated by a large wood dresser and bar as well as a dining table which comfortable sites 6. Nearer the sliding patio windows is a seating area with a TV with 100+ channels. (This sofa can be used as a bed). The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony with a sea view. One of the other bedrooms opens on to a roof terrace with a sea view. There is a second smaller covered terrace on the other side of the house and the second bathroom is upstairs. The insulation in the bedrooms was upgraded in 2026. Contactless arrival. Lombada Villa Comfort overlooks the centre of Ponta Delgada with panoramic views of the North Coast of Madeira. At the end of Chamusca there is a mini-market and bar. For nature lovers there are several Levada walks and great viewing points. Water sports activities available, Seixal has a black sandy natural beach and Porto Moniz 20km to the West has a range of natural sea water pools. The caves in Sao Vicente are currently closed.
