Precioso apartamento totalmente reformado respetando el bonito "Estilo Lisboeta". Se encuentra ubicado a pocos metros del popular Mercado LX Factory y del PALACIO DE CONGRESOS DE LISBOA. Consta de 2 amplios dormitorios muy luminosos, cuarto de baño, gran cocina con zona oficce totalmente equipada y gran salón con zona estar y comedor, con sofá cama- chaise longue y amplia terraza. Dispone de Wifi y TV por cable. Todo el apartamento exterior con amplias ventanas a la calle y muchísima luz. El acceso es muy sencillo y directo: Una vez cruzado, o justo antes de cruzar, el puente 25 de abril (dependiendo del sentido que usted lleve) tomar la primera salida "PRAÇA COMÉRCIO- ALCÂNTARA-BELÈM" para entrar en Lisboa por el barrio de Alcantara dónde se encuentra la Rua dos Lusiadas (transcurre bajo el propio puente). Beautiful apartment completely renovated keeping the beautiful "Lisboeta Style". It is located a few meters from the popular LX Factory Market and the LISBON CONGRESS PALACE. 2 large bright bedrooms, bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen with office area and large living room with living and dining area, with sofa bed-chaise longue and large terrace. It has Wi-Fi and cable TV. All exterior apartment with large windows to the street and lots of light. Access is very simple and direct: Once you have crossed, or just before crossing, the 25th of April bridge (depending on which way you are going) take the first exit "PRAÇA COMÉRCIO- ALCÂNTARA-BELÈM" to enter Lisbon through the Alcantara neighborhood.
Alcantara se ha convertido en uno de los barrios más eclepticos y cosmopolita de Lisboa. Lleno de restaurantes interesantes y rincones con encanto, en el barrio, a pocos metros del apartamento, está situado el PALACIO DE CONGRESOS de Lisboa y el LX factory que es el mercado más vanguardista de Lisboa: tiendas y restaurantes ubicados en una vieja fábrica, donde podrá disfrutar de exposiciones de arte y un ambiente único en la ciudad. Otro gran atractivo de Alcantara son sus Docas...restaurantes y clubs a orillas del rio con mucho ambiente e increíbles vistas al puente 25 de abril. El barrio tiene una estupenda conexión por bus urbano y tranvía tanto con el centro de Lisboa como con Belem. Alcantara has become one of the most eclectic and cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Lisbon. Full of interesting restaurants and charming corners, in the neighborhood, a few meters from the apartment, is the LISBON CONGRESS PALACE and the LX factory, which is the most avant-garde market in Lisbon: shops, stalls and restaurants located in an old factory, where you can enjoy exhibitions of art and a unique atmosphere in the City. Another great attraction of Alcantara is its "Docas"... restaurants and shops in the River´s Docas with a lot of atmosphere and incredible views of the 25th of April bridge. The neighborhood has a great connection by urban bus and tram with both the center of Lisbon and Belem.
