Manos 114 is a new and modern beach villa built in 2019, located in Comporta’s region, at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima. Only 5 minutes’ drive separates Manos 114 from the beaches of Carvalhal and Pego, while Comporta’s beach and village are 8 Km away. The atmosphere of the surrounding pine trees is calm and invites you to rest and relax, and it’s also perfect for a morning or evening walks, as well as for bicycle rides. Manos 114 is a very cosy and comfortable villa, with white walls and concrete floor, mainly decorated with wood, linen fabrics and bamboo. The sophisticated yet simple decoration provides a relaxed and warm atmosphere, which makes this villa a perfect retreat at each season, including in winter by the fireplace. Manos 114 was built following high standards of quality, and it comprises three bedrooms (one of them with en-suite bathroom), one bathroom (that serves the other two bedrooms). The large living/dining area has an open plan kitchen (fully equipped with all necessary appliances), as well as a mezzanine (a dedicated area used for playstation games or for total relax, reading on the comfortable chaise longue).
