Upscale arty colonial style home away from home, close to the beaches of Parede, Avencas and Sao Pedro do Estoril, a pool open to guests use and free parking available and own bathroom. A quick 5 minute walk to the Train station that connects you to the Estoril Main line making it easy to access the Lisbon centre (scenic train ride)
It is on a popular avenue close to super markets, pharmacies, and little quaint shops and bakeries.
We are close to NATO Communications & Information System Services Agency - NCSA Lisbon as well as Nova School of Business and Economics both are 10 minutes away by car.
Neighborhood info
Along the Linha do Estoril rail line that follows the coast from Lisbon to Cascais. In this sought after neighborhood , ou will find coffeehouses, pharmacies, super markets, and the train Station is located 10 minutes walking distance and the beach is 15 min walking distance. We are ideally situated between Sintra and Lisbon. We are also close to both Nova university and the NATO CID Academy.
