TOURIST TAX INCLUDED Very peaceful property, one of the best penthouse in Madeira Island, located in the warmest zone of the island, above the sea, with a capacity for 4 adults, 1 child, with access to free WiFi. Very confortable, with a new semi orthopedic mattress. Located at 5mt from the beach, para-sailing, Laurisilva 30min, 10min from the beach of Calheta, surf, home arts and 20min of Funchal. Near the marginal Madalena do Mar, in front of the park. Fantastic sunset every day, near the sea, you can surf, taken, hiking, home arts, etc! NATURE / PARADISE: Good temperatures, hot and clean sea with good fresh fish restaurants nearby.
