The recently-renovated Meliá Ria Hotel & Spa is located in the heart of Aveiro, next door to the Aveiro Congress Center. It features a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness center. All rooms and suites at Hotel Meliá Ria Hotel & Spa include an private bathroom and air conditioning. In addition, every room features an LCD TV, a telephone, a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi access. Buffet breakfast is served each morning with a view over Ria de Aveiro at the elegant restaurant "O Lago".
