It is equipped with numerous kitchen appliances, including a coffee capsule machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combination, an air fryer, a kettle, and a toaster. In the living room with a sea view, there is a large sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for one person, as well as a large smart TV. On the apartment's huge veranda, there is a lounge area, a parasol, and deck chairs available to enjoy the fantastic 270° view of the sea and the mountain range. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is decorated in a beach style. In the immediate vicinity, there are cafés, restaurants, and a small supermarket with a bakery. Larger supermarkets can be reached by car within 5 minutes. There are plenty of public free parking spaces in front of the building.
