2 bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Baleal beach, about 1.6 km away (15 minutes on foot). This apartment is prepared to accommodate 4 people comfortably, comprising a kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one of them a suite), guest bathroom and a very sunny balcony overlooking the shared pool of the building. The apartment is fully equipped and prepared for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In the kitchen you have all the facilities for making meals, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. In the living room you will find a spacious, comfortable and bright area. On the balcony you can enjoy your family breakfast, overlooking the pool, or simply enjoy the sun that falls on that space throughout the day. In the exterior and common area of the building you will find the shared swimming pool, a pleasant and sheltered area.

Baleal is an area known for its surf spots and beaches. It is a quiet area, ideal for relaxing, taking a walk on the beach or enjoying the sunset over the sea. The house is located just behind the main avenue that connects Ferrel to Baleal, where you can find a Mexican restaurant, sushi restaurant, bars with live music, mini and supermarkets, as well as several shops and surf schools. Along this same avenue there are also accesses to several beaches where you can practice various water sports or just enjoy the sun.
