Moinho da Cascata (the Watermill) is harmoniously set in the landscape, surrounded by paddocks with typical stone walls, with a beautifull waterfall in the back, a warped scarp characteristic of the Fajãs on one side and, in front, Ilhéu do Monchique, the westernmost point of Europe.
We are a small family-owned business, with different types of houses to rent in the beautiful village of Fajã Grande in Flores Island in the Azorean archipelago.
Moinho da Cascata is located near: the harbor, considered by most as the best place in the island for water activities, several hiking trails and the centre of the village.
