The two apartments can be rented for a special holiday. Each apartment can sleep four people. There is a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds. The mezzanine is not suitable for smaller children or babies, but they are also more than welcome. That is why we have all the resources for a nice place to sleep for the real little one. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The total area of one apartment is 50 square meters. The two apartments share a shared spacious kitchen, located directly on the terrace. In front of the terrace on the south side of the apartments is a swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters. Here too is a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the view. The apartments are ideal for two befriended couples/families. As an extra there is a lovely hot outdoor shower.
We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Nature and surroundings. There is a lot of space in the south of Portugal. There, in the province of Alentejo, time comes to a standstill and the hustle and bustle of everyday life is far away. Monte da Calcadinha is located in this overwhelming landscape. The Monte is a 15-minute walk, on an almost car-free road, from Ourique. In the village of Ourique all amenities are available. The Algarve (80 km) and the west coast (65 km) are easy to reach. There are also beautiful cities in the area such as Mertola, Moncique, Milfontes. Lisbon can be reached from Ourique by train. In the area you can also make wonderful walks and mountain bike tours. More and more walking and cycling paths are being set out in the neighborhood. The area is ideal for bird watchers. Among other things, the great bustard can be spotted nearby.
