A spacious modern retro home located near the Neiva river and the ocean. Set along the Caminho de Santiago, this property is the ideal base for a relaxing and/or adventurous stay. We, the owners — a couple with children — live on the ground floor, while guests stay on the first floor, which is completely independent. The outdoor amenities, including the spa, jacuzzi, pool and garden, are shared between guests and owners. Upon request, we can arrange breakfast, dinner, bicycle rental, stand up paddle and jacuzzi or spa sessions. For these extras, please let us know in advance so we can provide further details such as menus and pricing. Boat trips for dolphin watching or fishing can also be arranged, though these activities are always subject to weather conditions. The property is fully enclosed around its perimeter, ensuring privacy and safety, especially for children. Attention: We do not have parking available; you can park outside. We can send a map to help you locate the area. If you wish to park inside, there will be an extra daily charge. For check-in, we will leave a set of keys at the entrance door. That said, we would be delighted to welcome you in person. To ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of everyone: * Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. * Visitors are only allowed with the host's prior approval. * All visitors must be identified in advance and may be required to present a valid ID. * Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
