Natura Brava Stay is your cozy, family-friendly base in Ribeira Brava, just 20 minutes from Funchal. Wake up to a peaceful setting and pick fresh herbs and seasonal veggies from our garden for your meals. Stay active in our small workout corner with a weight bench, mini-trampoline, and a yoga/stretching space. Close to beaches, viewpoints, and levada trails, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy Madeira’s nature while remaining near restaurants and city life.
I’m a naturopathic nutritionist and your host at Natura Brava Stay. I believe that gentle changes in how we eat, move, rest, and relate can improve our health—and the world around us. Expect a peaceful, kind, and respectful stay: I’m happy to share simple wellness tips, island recommendations, and fresh herbs and veggies from our garden. My priorities as a host are cleanliness, clarity, and care—so you can relax, explore Madeira, and feel at home.
Set in peaceful Ribeira Brava, our neighborhood blends seaside life with everyday convenience. Stroll 10 minutes to the beach and oceanfront promenade, or wander the old town for cafés and pastelarias. A small shopping area with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and ATMs is close by for easy errands. Culture lovers can visit the Ethnographic Museum of Madeira to learn about island traditions. From here, road links make day trips to Funchal, levada walks and viewpoints simple and stress-free
