The NN Guest House is a hotel establishment that was completely renovated in 2018 and is located in the city center, where we find everything we need without having to use the car. We are close to downtown and the University, as well as a few meters from the train station and the bus station. Nearby there is easy parking for the car and several typical restaurants of the region, as well as bus stops to any destination in Coimbra. However, it is not suitable for people with physical/motor limitations as we are located in a building with no elevator and start at the 2nd floor. In addition, since the Pandemic in 2020 we have been operating exclusively on a "Contactless" system and we do not have a 24-hour reception service and for check-in you will always have to provide a copy of your identification in advance in order to obtain the access code to the key safe. It is also important to reaffirm that we do not have a luggage storage service before check-in, nor after check-out, because it is not possible without a receptionist. Please also note that we only make refunds in the same way we received them, that is, to the same credit card and if it is no longer valid or active, a voucher will be issued for a future stay. Only make your reservation if you accept our conditions as we do not make exceptions.
