Newly-built, this property features an ultra contemporary décor throughout, with an abundance of modern conveniences provided. In the lounge, a generous corner sofa offers a comfortable spot to enjoy a film on the flat screen TV in the evening, while two of the bathrooms feature relaxing hydro-massage showers to ease away all of your stresses. The outdoor space at Olive Tree is large and tranquil, with a lovely private pool, surrounding terrace and plenty of space for the kids to enjoy. Caldas de Monchique is renowned for its natural spring water and its healing properties, and subsequently, a well-known spa resort can be found just a few minutes drive from Olive Tree – perfect for an afternoon treat! The historic mountain resort of Monchique can be reached within fifteen minutes drive and features a number of cafes, bars and restaurants. Enjoy a coffee on the central square while you people watch, before exploring the ruins of the 17th Century convent. This villa is perfect location for trekking, cycling and bird watching.
