OURO GRAND BY LEVEL RESIDENCES is a property located at the downtown baixa, 150m to the famous Praça Comercio. We have concierge service at the property (located at the next door Crossroad Cafe) from 10am to 6pm everyday to attend all your needs. Doorman and luggages storage service is provided from 8am to 8pm everyday. Late check in is possible with key pick up from the mailbox inside the property (key code will be provided) Next morning breakfast is prepared and placed inside your apartment refrigerator everyday during the afternoon between 3pm to 5pm. It consists on breads (hung at door), cheese, Compal juice, cereals, milk, fruits, yogurt, coffee and tea. Breakfast is prepared as no waste policy, please feel free to ask for more quantity when needed it.
