Welcome to OUTPOST - Ocean Casitas, a cliffside property with four beautifully renovated casitas in the whitewashed fishermen’s village of Azenhas do Mar. The highlight is the spectacular 800sqm west-facing terrace, stretching dramatically to the edge of the cliff, with uninterrupted ocean views. The sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular! At the end of the winding streets paths, and stairs through the charming village of Azenhas do Mar, a gate opens onto a completely unexpected setting: a large private terrace perched directly above the ocean.
 Protected from the northern winds by the L-shaped layout of the casitas, the terrace has been designed as a lush garden with various seating areas. Whether for long dinners, quiet mornings, or sunset drinks, the sound of the waves 60 metres below creating a mesmerizing soundtrack. The interiors combine traditional Portuguese architecture with contemporary elements, including open layouts, micro-cement floors and high ceilings up to 5 metres. Each bedroom features a 180 x 210 cm Coco-Mat bed, which can be arranged as twins upon request. Natural materials such as cotton, wool and seaweed are used throughout. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, making the property well suited for relaxed self-catering stays. For those who prefer not to cook, we can also arrange a private chef, BBQ catering, or food deliveries. The property is comfortable year-round, with underfloor heating and fireplaces for cooler months, while thick stone walls and the ocean breeze keep the spaces naturally cool in summer.

Azenhas do Mar has some great restaurants, a natural ocean pool and a small local supermarket. Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Ericeira are all within 20 to 45 minutes by car.
