Over the Cliff by MHM It may be an apartment, but it feels just like a house! Here you have everything you desire! An outdoor community pool, a large terrace with a private jacuzzi just for you, a big games room with tennis table, foosball table, billiards & more, and fitness equipment, and not to mention the outdoor barbecue. One of the main features is this incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean and part of Praia Formosa, our pebble beach with black sand. The apartment is well equipped and decorated, and the property has air conditioning available. Wi-Fi is free and fast throughout the whole accommodation. The surrounding area is spectacular, on the beautiful Estrada Monumental. It has everything you need around it, from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc.. It has private parking in the garage for up to 2 cars and as you can see in the photos, it has a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Note that the property has decoration and equipment that can be changed without prior notice for the most diverse reasons, so when booking you will be agreeing to these terms. In case of doubt, you should always reconfirm with us closer to your arrival. You must also respect our house rules and/or condominium rules, as well as the articles defined by Portuguese law. Check-in time is from 4 pm. Check-in before 4 pm is subject to availability. Some fees are applied for check-in after : 22:00 to 00:00 and another from 00:00 onwards. Please see fine print for more information. Check outs until 10:00 am. Check-out after 10:00 am is subject to availability.
