My place is ideally located, 5 minutes walk from Setubal's picturesque centre. - Close to restaurants, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife - The flat is spacious - Smoking is permitted on the balcony - French, Spanish, English TV channels - Dishwasher - Free WIFI - 30 minute drive from Lisbon airport This pleasant apartment is located near 2 lovely parks and the lovely 'convent of Jesus' in the centre of Setúbal, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are 2 pastelarias, wine shop, sports bar, a mini market and an organic store very near the building. - The wonderful market hall, fishing harbour and the convent are nearby. - It is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the beach or the Besides two bedrooms and a cosy living-room, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All the electrical goods, the furniture including the mattresses, sofas and the shower are new. Parking available at the front or at the back of the building. - Please respect the neighbours and avoid making noise after 22:00 - Please take care of the furniture and equipment - We appreciate that at the end of the stay, our guests leave the house organized
