Apartment Marmelo, A 2 bedroom penthouse on a quiet and convenient complex close to a golf course (800m - Benamor Golf Club) and the beach. Facilities included access to a communal swimming pool, super fast wifi, wide screen TV, air con and an amazing private roof terrace complete with a built in BBQ, tables chairs and sun loungers accommodating fabulous views. The beach is a short distance away as is the historic and attractive town of Tavira which is just one stop away by train (train station a 3 minute walk from the apartment) The wonderful Ria Formosa is something to behold and discover and is on your doorstep. The Conceicao/Cabanas area is well served by a whole array of bars, cafe bars, restaurants and is a great area for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Private airport transfers are available or If you prefer public transport to and from Faro Airport there is a regular train service from Faro to Conceicao. There are buses or taxis from the Airport to Faro train station Faro - Conceicao takes approximately 40 minutes and is a very scenic and picturesque train ride as for the most part it is coastal and affords lovely views of the Ria Formosa.
