Property info

The villa consists of 3 floors including 2 suites (bedroom + bathroom), 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bathrooms, a large balcony with outdoor terrace, a living room with billiards, wireless internet, satellite TV, swimming pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor sound system and a large lawned garden of approximately 2800m2. A games room with billiards, table football, bar and outdoor lounge completes this property. An alarm system protects the house. Located on Rio Caldo, beautiful view of the natural mountain landscape, close to the marina and the river beach, close to the San Bento Sanctuary, Termas do Gerês, Termas de Caldelas, near Nossa Senhora da Abadia ( temple of Mariano of the oldest in Portugal), in the natural park of Peneda Gerês, very quiet.
