Very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four people, has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a covered terrace with dining table and seating for four people. Here you can relax and savour great meals alfresco. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a second bathroom is located in the hall outside the second bedroom. A rooftop pool terrace affords magnificent views of the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa and it´s incredible and unique lagoon. With an eastward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great morning sun exposure and a lovely view of the Marina of Olhão. It is ideal for year-round occupation. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as International TV channels and free wifi. Beach / Pool towels are provided at a surcharge of 6 EUR each and payment is due on arrival in cash. The departure cleaning service on the amount of 60 EUR is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash. It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are a few steps to access the apartment. Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
