Company info

Baker comes into property every morning with fresh bread and pastries. We live between Bizelga and Cascais (near Lisbon). To those who are interested we show some historical aspects of the main house, every week. There is always someone close by, to provide you with any help needed during your stay. A basket of fruit and/or farm seasonal vegetables will be waiting for you, as well as a bottle of wine and some farm eggs.

Self-catering bespoke cottages on historic country estate, owned by the Count of Nova-Gôa's family since XVIth century. 10 mins from Knights Templar City of Tomar, central to many points of interest. Three recent cottages with open-space living/dining/kitchen +2 beds +2 baths, terrace, BarBQ. One cottage same with 1bed+1bath. Free Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets on windows upon request. Gorgeous gardens and scenery, pools, kiddie park, fun games room with kiddie and grow-up toys. Easy access by motorways. Nearby Sports: kayaking, swimming, water-skiing, hiking, observatory. Sightseeing: Tomar (Templar and music festivals), Almourol, Fátima, Coimbra, Golegã (Horse Festival), Batalha/Alcobaça, Obidos, Nazaré, local villages.

Tomar is a historically outstanding town. Dominated by 12th-to-17th-century Templar Convent of Christ, one of Portugal's most significant and impressive monuments (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
