Quinta das Faias is a 4-hectare property in Madeira Island, located in the lush Paradise Valley by the village of Camacha. Stroll down the Quinta, enjoying the changes in its trees and flowers, breathing their different smells and enjoying the view, from mountain to sea. Listening to the sound of birds and enjoy if the night is bright, observe the stars in the sky.
I am a native of Madeira, reasonably met the history of Madeira and Portugal, like to make walks on the island, give tours at sea and do gardening on my property with 40,000 m2, so I can help the guests to take best advantage of your stay in island.
Due to the location of Quinta you can reach any point on the island, taking less than one hour by car. The Quinta, is crossed by two “levadas”, there are 5 different walking tours starting from the Quinta. Five restaurants at walking distance. A supermarket open every day from 9 am to 9 pm 500 meters from the property. A bakery 500 meters from the property that opens at 7am. A covered public swimming pool, 800 meters from the property, with heated water, open from 9am to 9pm. Different café/bar where you can also have a light meal.
