More than just a place to sleep, it's a living farm: you can taste freshly picked blueberries, listen to the running water and stroll through the fields at your leisure. The accommodation combines modern comfort with a timeless rural atmosphere, creating a tranquil haven for those seeking rest, authenticity and genuine contact with nature. More than accommodation, it's an experience you feel.

I'm Carlos, a graphic designer, a farmer by passion, and a host at heart. I grew up surrounded by the nature of Gestaçô, Baião, and today I dedicate myself to caring for Quinta de Águas Mortas, a space that combines my love for the land, blueberries, and the tranquility of the countryside. I believe that welcoming is more than just opening doors, it's sharing the best we have: the silence of the mountains, the scent of wet earth, and the warmth of a lovingly designed space. Quinta de Águas Mortas is located in Gestaçô, one of the most serene villages in the municipality of Baião, where the green of the mountains meets the blue of the sky and the waters that flow slowly through the valleys. Here, you are surrounded by the majesty of the Serra do Marão and Serra da Aboboreira, by the banks of Teixeira and Ovil Rivers, and by rural paths that tell ancient stories.,of shepherds, farmers, and traditions that time has not taken away. Nearby, there are trails to explore on foot or by bike, viewpoints with stunning views, and a rare calm that invites rest.
