Property info

This property includes a charming house on top of a hill, and a chapel dating back to the 18th century. It also has a lovely balcony facing the river Mondego valley, ideal for meals, relaxation and that gin at sunset. The house includes wide rooms and narrow corridors, and it is quaint and cozy. Please note that the property is situated on a farm that requires maintenance such as treatment and/or regular irrigation. Our staff may need to enter the property (not the house under any circumstance unless requested by our guests) for such maintenance. They will ring the bell any time before entering the property to warn you they will be present. Also note that for security purposes, we've installed cameras in common areas (not inside); these cameras are offline unless intrusion is detected. Kindly note the property owner may be present at times, in a completely separated and fully independent part of the house.

Neighborhood info

The property is located between Coimbra and Figueira da Foz, a city on the Atlantic coast, which includes marvellous beaches less than 30 kms far. The views are stunning and relaxing. The horizon line is very distant and sunsets are amazing. The surrounding area is totally unspoilt and preserved.
