Come and enjoy Terceira Island in a calm and welcoming place like Quinta Rico. You will find a new house built from scratch, with all amenities and a privileged view to the sea. Quinta Rico has 2 accommodation units, where both can enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. You can stroll through its orchards where you can find a variety of fruit trees, as well as small vegetable gardens and some animals such as chickens, peacocks, turkeys and rabbits. Come to rest and relax in our natural paradise.
Quinta Rico is located on the north coast of Terceira island, in the parish of Quatro Ribeiras. According to history, this was the landing place for Portuguese discoverers and the first settlement on the island. The Quinta is well located about 250 m from the center of the parish, 500 m from the Bathing area of ​​Quatro Ribeiras. At about 5km you can also find the famous natural pools of Biscoitos. Despite its location to the north, it is just 14 km from Lajes airport and 17 km from Praia da Vitória. The city of Angra do Heroísmo is located about 21 km to the south, taking just 25 minutes by car through the interior of the island, where you can observe the beautiful landscapes and local flora, as well as the grazing land of the wild bulls used in the famous rope bullfights on Terceira Island. Every year on the first Wednesday and Thursday of the month of August there is the traditional rope bullfights in the parish of Quatro Ribeiras, which can be observed from the Quinta.
