While we do arrange for regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee a bug-free environment or offer refunds specifically for occasional insects that may find their way indoors. Rest assured, we take active measures to prevent such situations. You can also play a part by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
