@flores_daqui is a 2.5-acre floral farm created in 2021 by owners Guillaume and Sébastien, nestled in a secluded valley on the foothills of the Serra de Sintra. It offers a stunning 30-mile Atlantic view to the north, as far as Peniche, the Berlengas Islands and the Convent of Mafra. Colares, between Mar and Serra, is the 'terroir’, and most westernmost village on the European continent, land of wines, horticultural and fruit crops, amazing landscapes and cultural heritage, integrated into both the UNESCO World Heritage and Sintra-Cascais Natural Park perimeters, where harmony reigns between "indigenous flora and a refined and cultivated landscape created by man as a result of literary and artistic influences".

Located on the upper part of property is a vacation villa of 145 m2 consisting of three bedrooms – two of them suite, a living room with dining room area and a sofá-bed, a large kitchen with breakfast area and a terrace with barbecue. It welcomes landscape, quietness, slow-living and botany lovers. The house can host up to 9 persons. The owners live on site, at the end of property, and run the floral farm, ensuring the guests full tranquility and privacy. Guests are welcome to visit the flower garden anytime during their stay. Activities oriented by the owners are available at the floral farm, upon reservation from April to October: Guided tours every Sunday at 3pm and floral workshops every Tuesday at 3pm. The plot is surrounded mainly by agricultural farms, allowing walks around the property in a very quiet landscape: Convento dos Capuchos, Monserrate, Peninha, Adraga, Cabo da Roca, Guincho, Praia das Maçãs and Praia Grande. Nature lovers will love the place but may still, if they wish, keep in touch with the animation of the sea shore less than two-mile away, bike or car distance. Nearby activities include: biking, yoga, meditation, sound healing therapy, and surfing, among others.
