Quinta dos Sorrisos is a charming and restful oasis in the coastal countryside where one can mainly hear the birds and the silence. ● Our two typical Portuguese houses have been tastefully renovated, designed, and exceptionally well-equipped for carefree holidays and winter stays. ● Our guests can walk or jog around our large property (2.6 hectares), explore our organic garden, orchard, and vineyard, and enjoy fresh produce. ● We have twelve lovely and playful furry friends for company: two German boxers (Tara & Yuna) and ten cats, all of whom roam freely and often make us laugh. Both of our boxers are friendly and playful, but if you are afraid of dogs, allergic to cats, or would like to bring your own pet, Quinta dos Sorrisos is not the right choice for you. ● Our hens are laying delicious organic eggs in brown, beige, white, green and blue. They won't mind if you take a peek at their Chick Inn, and we'll be happy to sell you their colorful eggs for breakfast. ● Aida & Berry, we manage our Quinta and live in the main house (a few steps from the farmhouse). We are available to our guests whenever necessary. ● We speak EN, FR, NL, D, SLO, CRO, SRB and understand a bit of PT, ES, and IT. ● In addition to this room, you can also choose between one apartment (Flamingo; max 4 people) and one studio (Figueira; max 4 people) in our farmhouse, as well as our Quintinha with three rooms (max 8 people). ● Our price includes: fully equipped accommodation, all utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), 6% VAT, tourist tax, weekly cleaning and bed linen change, regular washing of household textiles, final cleaning, parking within our fenced property, use of our bicycles, and a welcome drink. ● Our price excludes: meals and charging of electric vehicle. ● Additional services: organic eggs; produce from our garden; homemade bread, cakes, syrups, juices, jams & marinated olives; Figgies (house specialty); smoothies & other drinks; breakfast & other meals upon agreement.

Our beautiful, minimalist room Terracotta is the only guest room in the main house, where we, the hosts, live. ● It is ideal for one person and perfect for a couple who needs a short break (or is traveling without a lot of luggage). ● It faces south, has a restful queen-size bed (mattress 160 x 200 cm), some wardrobe space and storage drawers under the bed. ● Its ensuite bathroom has a shower, a sink, storage space, and a toilet. ● A ceiling fan, an air conditioner, and underfloor heating assure our guests' year-round comfort. ● Linen bedding, towels, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, and all essential toiletries are provided, as well as a beach parasol. ● Shared areas with your hosts: an extensively equipped kitchen, a dining room, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and all outside spaces. ● A variety of hot drinks, filtered water, ice cubes, condiments and home-made jams from the fridge are at your disposal, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving, and a wide selection of spices, herbs and seasonings. ● Freshly squeezed juice from Portuguese oranges is so good that there are only a few weeks of the year when our guests don't have oranges available in the kitchen. ● There is a homey porch in front of the house where you can join the hosts (and other guests) for a drink and a chat, maybe even a slice of home-made cake. ● You can also enjoy the tranquility of a large rooftop with sunbeds, either with a beach towel or a drink while stargazing. ● You will be able to choose bikes from our wide selection to get around. ● We also offer some sports equipment and social activities (e.g. yoga mats, beach tennis, two paddle boards, badminton, petanque, cornhole, sjoelbak, many board games).

Our part of Fuseta's countryside is mostly flat land and restful throughout the day and night. ● We are only a short drive or bike ride to Moncarapacho (2,5 km), Ria Formosa natural park (a unique and protected coastal lagoon and a paradise for birdwatchers), beach, ferries and train station in Fuseta (3-5 km), as well as near Olhão (10 km), picturesque Tavira (15 km), Faro (20 km), and Spain (45 km). ● Also, we're merely 130 km from Sagres (the Algarve's westernmost city). ● You are warmly welcome to stay with us while you explore and enjoy the Algarve. ● East Algarve's public transport does not offer a lot of options. If you're not keen on cycling, renting a car might be necessary. ● Nevertheless, there's a coastal Ecovia bike path and a coastal train line (connecting towns and villages along the Algarve coast) in which you can bring your bike on. Our guests can use our bikes for free and Fuseta's train station is only a short bike ride away (3 km). ● If you really have no other option, we can provide you with a transfer from/to FAO airport or Fuseta train station (max. 3 passengers). ● NEAREST AIRPORTS: Faro (FAO) 26 km, Seville (SVQ) 195 km, and Lisbon (LIS) 285 km ● NEAREST MAIN TRAIN STATIONS: Faro (22 km) and Huelva (Spain) 105 km
