T4 House with private pool, ideal for 2 families (or big family), no need to drive to the beach (because everyone has their own pace...). 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, with an outdoor patio for endless dinner summer conversations under the stars. Rooftop for a G&T during sunset! Lota Beach is excellent for families - we've been spending our summer holidays there for 10+ yrs - with huge sand area with natural pools for your kids to play for hours and create fond memories!
Lota Beach is a quiet area, away from the hustle of touristy Algarve, with little traffic, enabling kids to walk safely to the beach - giving you the freedom you deserve - that's what made us fall in love with this area. Above said, we highly recommend to have a car so you can move around - either get fish in the morning on Altura/Vila Real market, or simply have dinner in the multiple great restaurants around Altura/Manta Rota (5mins drive) or even Tavira/Vila Real Sto Antonio (15mins drive) - your choice! The beach is walking distance from the house, so you don’t really need to use the car. I would recommend you have a car though, so you can move around to the many great restaurants and sites to see.
