This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished, thinking of all the details to your stay to be calm and relaxing. With a modern and elegant decoration, this flat has a bedroom for up to two persons, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. Since a house is not only made of interior space, you can enjoy the balcony to relax in the hottest days accompanied by a good wine or a craft beer and indulge in the magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. This flat is equipped with a tablet and internet access so that you can view all the useful info about the property and activities in the Madeira Island.

Guests have easy access to several restaurants in the surrounding area. There are several bars and cafés nearby the building. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are a five to ten-minute walk away. This flat is situated fifteen minutes away to the famous Farmers’ Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic centre of Funchal (locally known as ‘Zona Velha’) and the Cathedral. From here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)
