Solar de Santo António is a magnificent estate located in the heart of Palmela, ideal for family holidays, group getaways, special events, or weekends with friends. The property is spread over 2 floors and has 9 comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 26 guests, offering spacious and welcoming areas for unforgettable stays. Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant private pool, a leisure area, a barbecue, and a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor meals and social gatherings. On the lower floor, there is also a game room, ideal for entertainment for adults and children. Located just 30 minutes from Lisbon and very close to the beaches of the Setúbal region and the stunning Arrábida Mountains, Solar de Santo António is the perfect starting point to explore the region. The historic village of Palmela is known for its emblematic Palmela Castle, its stunning landscapes, and its wine and gastronomic traditions. The Solar of Santo António belongs to the same family since 1999. The farm is located in Palmela far from the confusion of the city. The project was born in 2018 with the objective of offering quality accommodation to our guests, in order to integrate the region and provide a pleasant and enriching stay.

30 minutes from Lisbon we have one of the most beautiful villages in Portugal, Palmela. Palmela has an amazing castle, great restaurants, snack houses and wonderful views of the Arrabida or the Sado River. We suggest you start at the castle, have a coffee at Casa do Castelo bar, which has one of the best views of Setúbal and Tróia, and then have lunch at one of the traditional restaurants. Then head to São João Square, facing the cine-theater, is the Casa da Rota dos Vinhos House, where you can buy some gastronomic souvenirs of this village. The building is an old wine cellar and currently a wine tourism information point. With a selection of the best wines from the Setubal region, buy reds, whites, rosés and the famous Setubal muscat here. Also try the traditional sweets of the region such as fogaças, santiagos, angel cheeses or muscat ice cream from setúbal and scratched apple.
