The house is divided in 2 independent houses. This one is the biggest house which is entirely rented only for the guests. It has 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 small bathroom. The kitchen is open space, which has a small living room as well as a separate tv room. We offer an outdoor area for meals. You can also find, 2 fireplaces as well as a barbecue which should be used carefully and cleaned after use.
This used to be our family home, but with time we’ve decided to rent it as it is very well located and close to the beaches. We are, father (Manuel) and daughter (Sylvia) and we are happy to welcome you. Sylvia, who is responsible for the house, lives just below and is available any time. The check in will be done by one of us.
Solmar Villa is located in Charneca de Caparica , 10min (3,7km) from the beautiful beaches and around 20min from the Lisbon airport. There are many amenities around such a as a big supermarket - Continente, and local restaurants as well as McDonald’s. PARKING IS ON STREET. We don’t have a private parking but there is free space outside and it’s safe.
