Studio 92 is an independent part of a house in a quiet and sunny area with a private jacuzzi and air conditioning, ideal for two people. The studio is approximately 30 m2 and includes a king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), private bathroom, a sitting area and a kitchenette with a dining table. Outside, there is a terrace with a seating area for guests. It is equipped with a mini fridge, a portable electric stove, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. *** REMARKS: A car is recommended for this location. The accommodation does not have private parking, but free parking is available on the roadside. There is a bus stop about 600 metres away. The entrance to the property and the yard are shared with the owner’s main house, but the studio is independent. The terrace and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests. The jacuzzi cannot be used after 10 p.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbours. Due to the island’s climate, insects may unexpectedly appear. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use repellent when travelling around the island. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. The property has access to the main roads.
