Property info

The apartment has 5 suites, each with a private bathroom. The suites are located on the lower ground floor or semi-basement level. There are windows at the higher part of the room which are on street level. The kitchen, dining area and outside space are communal areas, accessible to the guests of all 5 suits. Each guest has some reserved and marked spaces for his own use in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board (iron is in the room), cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Free internet WI-FI in all rooms. Located in Algés, which is next to Belem. 11 minutes by train to Lisbon city centre. The beaches along the Cascais line are within 30 minutes by train.

Neighborhood info

You can find several nice and very affordable restaurants, bars and taverns in the area. Mercado de Algés is a nice place for a meal, with DJ’s and music during the weekend. Just a couple of minutes away you can pick between several affordable bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and “tascas” (taverns) with typical Portuguese snacks. There is a supermarket right across the street. At 2 minutes walking you have the train, tram or bus stop of Algés, from where you can reach Lisbon bars and restaurants area of Cais do Sodre - Bairro Alto, in 12 minutes by train or car (7.8 Km). By train, you can also reach the famous Lisbon beaches of Oeiras, Estoril or Cascais in 15 to 20 minutes. Several historical monuments are also very close to the apartment. The Tower of Belém (1.8 Km), Jerónimos Monastery (2.7 Km) and a few others, within walking distance or a 3 minute train (or tram) ride.
