Superior 4 bed villa with 3 bathrooms, private pool and sea views from the roofterrace. Every consideration for comfort has been taken in creating an ideal home from home. Experience the outdoor life in comfort with BBQ (with coal) and gas stove in the outdoor kitchen and with TV! Relaxing on beautiful and modern garden furniture. Lounge in or out of the sun on the three sun terraces and around your own 8m x 6m swimming pool. Siesta time under the pergola with large round bed. The house offers on the first floor one master-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with family bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with access to all programs. The villa is huge and in a great location close to all amenities and town. Only 10 min. walk to Tavira Centre. Taxis are cheap too! Because of the acutal pandemic it is not allowed to have any paperwork in the house also no pillows or deoration or games for the family. I will change this as soon as it will be allowed again.
I´m Jennifer and I´m from Germany. I spend my holidays round Tavira more than 30 years and now my dream came true that I bought a villa in this area. Till I have the possibility to live there I will rent the villa out and hope, you will have a great time there. My business partner will contact you before your stay, arrange a shuttle service, if it is necessary and they take care of my guests. The villa is registered under 14525/AL and has also the Safe&Clean Label from the Portuguese Government.
An inviting and stylish location for relaxing with family and friends within only 10 minutes walk into the heart of Tavira's charming centre with quaint cobble streets, restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural events Tavira is a fantastic all year round holiday and working town. It has the most amazing friendly people, with excellent and value for money restaurants and bars. A gorgeous beach to rival any beach. It is an experience not to be missed. The villa is huge and in a great location close to all amenities and town. Only 10 min. walk to Tavira Centre. Taxis are cheap too! The next airport is Faro and only 25 minutes away by car. If you want to visit Spain: the border is only 20 minutes and Sevilla less than 2 hours away by car. 6 golf courses close at hand. Beautiful places to explore on the coast and in the mountains. Bird watchers and walkers will love the many beautiful and exotic birds, including flamingos and storks. Watch the fishermen cockling in the river. Fresh fish and seafood is in abundance here.
