Offered is a newly remodeled and tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom 83 Square Meter (893 Sq Ft) fully equipped apartment. The couple’s bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom. The second large bedroom is equipped with two single beds. This unit is equipped with a full kitchen including coffee area, separate refrigerator & freezer, built in oven and microwave, induction cook-top/hob, dishwasher, plus a washer/dryer combo. There is an exclusive balcony with table and chairs. Each bathroom offers spacious showers. Both hi-speed fiber optic WIFI and cable television with large screen TV are provided. The apartment is serviced by three separate air conditioning units, one for the main room and in each of the bedrooms. A shared rooftop terrace offers ocean views and a more private opportunity to enjoy the sun.
We are John & Kamila, a retired couple who bought our dream condo here in the town we love, Tavira. We are here in Tavira only part of the year and decided to share our lovely place with others while we are gone. We had the apartment totally and professionally remodeled and equipped to our standards as we live here too. We have teamed with wonderful Dorota, who has lived within the Tavira Garden complex, to add our unit to her management portfolio while we are gone. Dorota will greet you and provide keys and take care of your needs. We truly hope you enjoy your stay in our home!
The Tavira Garden resort is a beautiful all white complex built in the Moorish architectural style, known for its gardens to include wonderful landscaping with over 50 palm trees. Tavira Garden is located 0.9 miles/1.4 kms from the historic center of Tavira with many restaurants and bars, where you can catch the ferry to wonderful Tavira Island beach, or go explore other nearby beaches. For golfers, three golf courses are within six miles (10 km). Both a grocery store and shopping mall are within easy walking distance. The Tavira Garden grounds includes onsite parking, two swimming pools, barbecue area, sports courts plus an onsite restaurant/bar. The resort is 1.25km (¾ mile) to the Porto Nova train station. Besides taxis, both Uber and Bolt service the area. The Faro airport is 30 minutes away and Seville, Spain is 90 minutes away where there is an alternative airport.
