Beautiful refurbished doorman's apartment, less than 10 min by metro from the heart of Lisbon. Situated in Av. Guerra Junqueiro a "chic" and quiet Lisbon neighborhood. Surrounded by green spaces and 2 min walk to the metro, this space is perfect for adventurous couples, family vacations (4pax) or business travelers. - Hot water: the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. - Please note there will be extras fees after 20:00, according to the arrival time. - IDs from all guests (children incl) will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. - Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts. - Cleaning matters will only be taken into account within the first 24 hours. We are always available for any questions.
