THE LAKE VILLA is a unique property near the picturesque village of Estoi, with stunning view to the sea & the mountains, has 25x5 Lm swimming pool surrounded with palm trees, with 20.000m2 of mature lit garden where you can find almond, fig, grapes, lemon & orange trees to name a few, during the pandemic situation COVID 19, you can wake up early morning for jogging on the property calçada long track, or play Ping Pong with your family member under the shaded pine trees, or swim on the semi Olympic swimming pool, or in one of the two biological lakes, that makes this all fenced property ideal and SAFE for families. THE LAKE VILLA is a big modern house, built on 600m2, fully furnished, all the furniture is comfortable contemporary and modern, has 5 specious bedrooms with 4 toilets (2 in suite), each room has LED screen and air condition, with frame-less glass terrace facing the sea and the mountain. If you like to cook, in the 25 m2 fully equipped modern kitchen, you can find all the appliances you need for that gourmet meal, the kitchen is large enough to fit all the members of the family, to share great moment all together during the preparation of your favorite meals.

The Barbecue area front of the kitchen, surrounded with trees, flowers & dining table. The winter living area is very spacious, it has air condition & fireplace conventional, to make the best of your holidays either in summer or winter, & if you still have work to do, you will find your huge desk to finish your necessary work. The living & dining area are very sunny, facing the south & ideal for those relaxing times, looking out to the pool & the garden, & with a just one move you can get out to lay in the sun or to jump deeply inside the pool, as you can shut down all the electrical curtains to watch your favorite programs & enjoy it on the 78" 4k LED flat screen with sound system. The 12 seats dining table made to fit all the family, to have great dinner after long day on the beach, & you can listen to your favorite music or watching the TV while you are eating. THE LAKE VILLA is providing 150m2 of deck, facing thousands of meters of green, blue and yellow colors, the garden is full of protected birds, all whispering around you & share with you the lovely moments on pool, & if you have problem with sun, you can stay under the shaded comfortable sofas area.
