The Lemon Tree villa, the former Casa Rosa which has been welcoming multi-generational families and nature loving guests for over 14 years. Michael is the new owner since April 2025. Some renovations are beeing done to the place. Soon new pictures!

In Lagoão, part of Moncarapacho is situated our traditional Portuguese villa, converted into 6 individual apartments, away from the hustle of the large resorts and nestled among mature gardens and olive groves. Only a 6 minute drive to the nearest beach and a short walk to the local village!

Neighborhood info

Centrally located for exploring the hidden treasures of the Algarve. Just a few minutes away from the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, beaches and activities (boating, fishing, swimming, water parks, golf, biking). Take a short drive to the famous fishing village of Olhão where a selection of restaurants serve impeccably fresh seafood. Here you can also shop at the Algarve’s largest market hall selling all the sea has to offer as well as abundant local offerings to enjoy in your apartment or at our traditional Portuguese stone grill. Take a tour of the old city center of Faro, or go stroll in he fabulous city of Tavira, where you cross the river over a true Roman bridge. The Spanish border is only 35 minutes away, just drive to Vila Real St Antonio and enjoy a short ferry to Ayamonte. Or just relax by our fantastic pool.
