THE POSTCARD AVENUE The Postcard Avenue it's our most recent unit. It's located in Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, one of Lisboa's main streets, one minute walking from the area of Saldanha and 5 minutes away from Marquês de Pombal square, in the heart of the business and financial neighbourhood. Picoas subway station (yellow line) is just around the corner. Saldanha subway station (yellow and red lines) is just two minutes away. You can reach Marquês de Pombal subway station (yellow and blue lines) by walking 5 minutes. This B&B, decorated with an industrial inspiration, features 9 bright rooms (with double or twin beds), all with private bathroom, flat screen tv and working space. Some of these rooms even offer a balcony with views over Marquês de Pombal!

This neighbourhood is located in central Lisbon. It’s considered as the Central Business District and houses many large corporations as well, but it’s also a prominent residential area, during the weekdays where all the cafes and restaurants are filled with sharply dressed people. It creates a really nice atmosphere that makes you feel like you are where the magic happens. But besides the business and corporate aspect of it is also considered to be one of the finest and most expensive areas to live in Lisbon, is an upscale luxury neighbourhood and you quite literally have everything you need within a radius of 500 meters. You have a wide pallet of culinary experiences right at your doorstep, you can get a classic Portuguese dinner at many of the excellent tascas, but you also have the opportunity of dining wherever in the world you feel like eating whether it’s Mexico, India or somewhere in Asia.
