This house was an old warehouse, which in recent years operated as a carpentry workshop. When the construction project was carried out, some of the history of this house was preserved, for example, the original facade of the old warehouse. The interior was also designed in a more industrial style, but with the comfort of a modern home. Next to the Accommodation, there is a property under construction, which may cause noise during the legally permitted hours.
In recent years, I have undertaken several renovation and reconstruction projects of old houses in the historic area of the City of Faro. In each project, I tried to preserve a bit of the history of each house. My goal is to share that history with others and provide an experience with a lot of comfort and originality.
The area where this house is located is primarily a residential area, where the local population lives, but just a few minutes' walk from the city center, the Marina, and the Historic District. There are local restaurants nearby, and it is a quiet street. Almost directly across from the house, there is a small church (Church of St. Sebastian), which provides a traditional atmosphere and view.
