The first-floor apartment is a bright space with a sunny living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. This apartment stands out with its two narrow balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air and street views. The second floor also features a sunny living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Although it does not have balconies like the first floor, this apartment offers great brightness and comfort. The third-floor apartment (rooftop) enjoys a comfortable, sunlit living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), and a bathroom. This apartment provides a unique experience. Additionally, it has a private terrace with views of the sea and the village of Ericeira, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for moments of rest. Guests will have exclusive access to all the rooms of each apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their stay. It is also possible to rent all three apartments together, making it an excellent option for large groups or families who wish to spend time together but with privacy. The building does not have an elevator, and access is by stairs. All the apartments have been designed to offer maximum comfort.
