Access to the building and courtyard is shared with other residents. The location is one of its main highlights: you can do almost everything on foot, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a market just 3 minutes away. The ferry to Lisbon is about 7 minutes away, making it easy to combine beach days with city visits. Check-in is done in person, and all instructions will be provided in advance for a smooth arrival. As it is a coastal area, there may be more activity during peak season. The apartment is child-friendly and ideal for families. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours and the neighbors. Check-in and check-out times should be followed unless agreed otherwise. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the apartment.
