Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Pearl Hotel (Alameda do Pinheiro Manso, 7570-789 GDL). From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789). After 10pm, you will need to go to The Pearl Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.
